complete

the deed is done, the task complete,

though I was the lone one to compete,

a poem each day the whole month through,

(though perhaps a few could use review…)

I have enjoyed flexing my pen,

especially since I remember when,

the thought of sharing poems made me ill,

and I often thought I had no skill,

so thanks to all who followed along,

my spine is feeling extra strong,

so I might share my work some more,

and let my courage flourish and soar.
